Shipping Options

At Chrostin, we offer two convenient options for you to receive your cherished copy:

  1. Home Delivery (Belgium Only):

    • Dispatch Date: Packages will be dispatched starting from June 10th.

    • Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Belgium, but typically take 1-3 business days from the dispatch date.

    • Shipping Fee: €6,65 with Bpost

  2. Free Pick-Up at Bookz&Booze Antwerp:

    • Pick-Up Date: You can pick up your order for free starting from June 10th.

    • Pick-Up Location: Bookz&Booze, Antwerp, Gierstraat 2

    • Pick-Up Hours: On Thursdays and saturdays, between 11h00-18h00

Shipping Process

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched for home delivery.

  • For pick-up orders, you will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection at Bookz&Booze Antwerp.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt.

Return Conditions

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Return Process:

    • For Home Delivery Orders: Contact me at christina@chrostin.com to initiate a return. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

    • For Pick-Up Orders: Return the item directly to Bookz&Booze Antwerp along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number] days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact me atchristina@chrostin.com.
